These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.hausage.com, operated by Hausage, as well as the purchase of products offered on it.
By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Hausage reserves the right to cancel any order when it has reasonable grounds to believe this condition is not met.
3. Products We strive to present products as accurately as possible. However, colours, dimensions, and characteristics may vary slightly depending on screens, manufacturers, or product updates. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only.
4. Availability All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold, remove a product, or modify our catalogue without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is confirmed, we will contact you to offer a refund, an equivalent product with your agreement, or cancellation of the order.
5. Pricing All prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at the time of payment based on the delivery province. Shipping fees, where applicable, are indicated before order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. Prices in effect at the time your order is confirmed remain applicable.
6. Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through secure payment platforms. Hausage never has access to your banking information or complete credit card data.
7. Order Confirmation The automatic receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases including: pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, incomplete information, or inability to complete delivery. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.
8. Delivery Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, they may vary due to carriers, weather conditions, high-traffic periods, or events beyond our control. Hausage cannot be held responsible for delays caused by a carrier or by a force majeure event.
9. Accuracy of Information The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Fees related to an error in the delivery address or a package returned due to inaccurate information may be charged to the customer.
10. Return Policy Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Legal Warranties All products sold by Hausage benefit from the warranties provided by applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Quebec. These warranties cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including texts, photographs, images, logos, graphics, videos, designs, and visual elements, remains the exclusive property of Hausage or its partners. Any reproduction, use, or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.
13. 17. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the province of Quebec, subject to the rights granted to consumers by applicable laws.
